Refund — refund of rs. 44050

Unable to solve any problem timely, my two cases are hang on with amazon, fighting for my refund for rs. 44050/- since july'19, every time they asked wait for 48 hrs. Second case some one used my card credentials and made two transactions for rs. 30000/- and rs. 40000/- instantly informed to amazon but they again unable to resolve this issue. So hereby i request you to please use other e-commerce website instead of amazon. Order no. [protected]
