Refund Status — Didn't get back my refunded money to my account as IRCTC already refunded my money

On 7th of march i had booked my railway ticket from IRCTC app having txn id [protected] but due to poor and slow response o[censored]r bank dat ticket was not booked. As IRCTC already refunded my money but i didnt get back dat money into my account having details
