Never never buy any product from regal shoes. They behave very politely when you buy any produce but once you buy the the product, they behave like you are a beggar. If you go for any exchange, they will make you wait without any reason. Plus sometimes they did not pick up your calls when they come to know that you are asking for exchange.
Very rude staff, when it comes to their fault. My humble request to all shoe buyers that there are so many excellent options available in market far better that regal. Please go for that.
