Regal Shoes — order delay

I have given an order to repair my old shoe in regal store inorbit. It’s been a month and they still don’t have it. I have been there twice asking for my sandals but they say they don’t have it and always tell me to wait another week. I want somebody to look into the matter because it’s very pathetic and unprofessional that i have to deal with it. I feel nobody in the store has any idea about my order also it’s more irritating because i was not my idea to give my old shoe to repair and retouch but i was told and suggested by one of the sales person over there.
