[Resolved] Relaince Communications — Regarding Broadband Connection Not Working | |||
Since I had made a complaint on 26.5.2014 (Saturday) regarding dead broadband connection, Still date the problem is not resolved. I had received a mail reply from them, since reliance officials can get through and clear the network problem at the earliest. Now almost getting half a month, but even there is no connection we had to pay our bills, what is the purpose o[censored]sage to get connection, in the same month this is the second complaint. Email Proof (26.5.2014) Dear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail dated May 26, 2014 for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID [protected], regarding connectivity issue and service cancellation. We regret the inconvenience. We have registered your complaint vide Service Request ID[protected] and it will be resolved within 24 hours; post which a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from our end. Be assured that we will do our best to resolve your concern. Thank you for choosing Reliance. Regards, Customer Care Reliance Communications Limited. Since my latest complaint no. is [protected] still the problem is not resolved, as i had called them, they told it will be resolved. Same thing is there. After continuos calling more than 3 times a day the problem is resolved. Whenever we call to customer care, they inform us it will be resolved in 24 hrs, since from May 24 the problem is i tried to call them in customer care no, there is a automated message pls wait for 2 mts, sometimes 5 mts to wait, finally i had send a mail message to them on 27th May, i did not get any response from them, then daily i had to send mail messages up to June 5th 2014, they said the same, then it had been resolved on june 5 and today they are calling me whether the net is working or not.
I hope so, there is no proper communication with customer care team and technical team, almost i had got the connection back after 15 days.
Thanks to reliance to get back my connection. | |||
