[Resolved]  Reliance 3G Dongle — Misled speed only 3.1 mbps instead of 14.7 mbps !!!!

Reliance is selling its evdo rev.b devices but there is no rev.b network present in kalyan nor it gives connection speed of 14.7 Mbps. When u connect u can see in status page o[censored] r device it clearly shows up to 3.1 Mbps that means I am paying for 14.7 mbps but getting 3.1 Mbps because there is no rev.b network in kalyan But when I purchased device I had checked their website and I have purchase from reliance gallery and that had also confirmed the 14.7 Mbps is must in our area... I bought Reliance Pro 3 recently . The package says that it supports up to 14.1Mbps speed. The sales person promised that you will get minimum 8 Mbps speed in and around kalyan to Mumbai . It was activated after 2 days(they said it will be done in 1 hour). When I tested the connectivity was very poor and the speed was between 0.9 to 1 Mbps.I called back the person who sold this data card and they smarty said that they never mentioned anything about the speed. They are clever enough not to mention any of those details in the package or in their bill. I already had a very bad experience So did some research on reliance device and found u get 3.1 Mbps on reliance 3 device even i[censored] r on pro3 network. But i[censored] purchase pro3 device and u r in pro 3 network u must get downlink speed which will be mentioned in status o[censored]r device is 14.7 Mbps !! But in my case I checked more than hundred times in many areas it shows upto 3.1 Mbps So how can it reach 14.7 Mbps if it doesn't cross 3.1 Reliance is fooling all kalyankar and looting money of poor internet user by promising fake speeds I complained to CUSTOMER care they says sir u will get up to 14.7 Mbps But average speed u will get will be not more than 1 Mbps so I asked what will be average speed? Customer care person said average speed and minimum speed will be 1 Mbps same!!! What ???? Is this kind of people get license to loot people so huge difference promising 14.7 Mbps and gives 1 Mbps Also there is no evdo.rev.b network is working in pro 3!!! Stay away from reliance and don't waste ur time
