[Resolved] Reliance — Actual Benefits not received | |||
I MR.ALAM HUSSEN recharged my Reliance Mobile No.91 [protected] on 29th December 2014 at 3:23 PM by Interne Banking with Rs-55(Combo offer), but did not get the original offer which is mentioned on Rcom official websites. As per website they are providing (Rs 43 in Core Balance+Rs-12 in Promo Balance+2 local sms for 2 days), but after recharged I got(Rs-28 in core balance+ Rs-27 in promo).Kindly checked it and please provide me the actual benefit as per websites as soon as possible. I am requesting again to concern department please saw the attachment for better help in this case.
