[Resolved] Reliance — Balance amount issue | |||
Hi Sir/Mam, I am a customer of reliance, on 15th june i checked for best offer by dialing the ussd no *129#, where i got a offer of 110, in which i was supposed to get 125 rupee balance.i recharged with 110 on same day, but i did got around 93 rupee only.i called on customer care where a complaint was raised from CSA about the issue and i was told to wait for 4 days.now it is around 6 days and still i did not got the issue resolved.I again contacted to CSA and they are always telling me there is a technical problem is going on and we can not resolve the issue right away.I have all the recordings of the calls.Please look through the issue.
