I've been facing a continuous issue with the services. on a regular basis balance gets deducted. Have really got fed up with the services. Also customer service executives sucks.. They cannot provide information properly and always give excuses of technical errors. Also they hang up on he customer. Please i want my balance to be credited on my account of Rs.28

Sir/Medam, I have recharged my mobile on 02nd May of Rs.120 full talk-time but next day when i checked my mobile then i came to know that they have deducted Rs.79 from my account, i was very disappointed then i called to Customer care but they answered that you have made an international call in last night, I requested them to provide the mobile/land-line because i have never made any international call, but they told me that it's against our policy, said we can't provide the no., Then i have requested them for waiver but their answer was same 'We are unable to give waiver'.
Sir/medam, Can you please suggest me that what should i do? because this was not happen only single time, A lot of times i have faced this type of issues.

after a certain period of time rs.3 balance automatically deduct from my account...it has now become hectic for me... when i call 198 my call automatically get disconnected...my friends are also facing the same problem... plz do something against it... plz...thnk you

I have a complaint regarding balance deduction from my reliance prepaid account and it's been happening very often and we are unable to contact the customer care. This is totally rubbish. I have lost more one hundred rupees within 1 month as the balance gets deducted in a regular basis and if we try to contact the customer care they do not give the line to agent and end the call...I am very frustrated with this and the pathetic service...I have to make urgent calls but when I try to call I get the IVR message that I have insufficient balance and it's been deducted for no reason at all.

reliance has deducted 13 rs balance firstly they deduct 3 rs I think it is by mistake but now they deduct 10 rs is this their policy and the worst thing is that they disconnect my phone when call to customer care

I recharged my mobile number [protected] with rs 73 on 18/06/2015 for low call rate and this recharge is valid for three months and personal sim scheme is valid for six month but company deduct my balance as per normal rate. customer care disconnect my number.please solve my problem as soon as possible
