Reliance Big Tv — Bad service and refund denied

My worst ever experience with Reliance BigTV. I have a normal (SD) setup box (Reliance BigTV Smart Card Number[protected] with almost 1 year subscription (Gold Pack) and I am using this DTH service from 2008. I wanted to upgrade to HD setup box and called bigtv customer care to enquire about it. They said HD setup boxes are out of stock and after that I asked them if I can use an used HD setup box thinking that I don't have to pay for HD setup box only pairing I need to pay. I went ahead and bought a used HD setup box and inserted my smart card in this HD box. Error 102 was displayed on TV. I called up customer care to ask about this. The problem started from here. It seems Bigtv customer care executives not well trained they gave me irrelevant and wrong information about pairing. At first they said me to recharge my DTH account with Rs. 400 for pairing. This didn't worked out, they said again I need to recharge with Rs. 2000 for HD setup box pairing. I did it. They said it will take 4 days to pair. At the end of 3rd day they closed my request stating insufficient balance. I called them again and they told me to recharge Rs. 2600 for HD setup box pairing. By this i was frustrated and wanted to use my old SD setup box which I had recharged for 1 year. Then I called customer care and asked them to refund my money which I recharged for this service. They simply denied and said its not possible to refund. Again I called them they said, check with the third party payment through which i paid the amount. I called third party payment apps (PAYTM and Freecharge.in). They also denied saying they cannot refund because recharge trasaction was successful and now the money is with BigTV and I need to get refund from them directly. Now the big question is how do I get money back?. Even if I go ahead with BigTV for HD recharging the expenses will be huge compared to other DTH operators. Below is details of the expenses occur for 1 year with BigTV HD service 1. Rs. 3, 330 - Gold Pack 2. Rs. 1000 - Used HD setup box (because Reliance do not have HD setup box) 3. Rs. 2600 - charges for HD pairing 4. Rs. 84/month for HD 10 channels that comes up to 84X12=10083330+1000+2600+1008= Rs.7938 Or with Max Pack 3330+1000+2600+1662=Rs. 8592 Its seriously not worth to pay this much amount of money for just 10 HD channels. THEY ARE MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMER. I never expected I get harassed by BigTV even though I am a loyal customer of this brand and using this DTH service from 2008. Please help me to get back my money Rs. 2100

To my surprise they reset my normal setup box and now its showing smart card pairing error and I am unable to watch TV since then. Will BigTV compensate this with future view time or refund the amount?. Its a ridiculous situation where HD pairing cancelled stating insufficient balance and my normal setup box is blocked because of the same service request. And when I called customer care with my registered mobile, all customer care executives were saying system is not responding and call after 1 hour. I did this several times and response was same. And I called with different phone number and smart card details, to my surprise system is responding and during that call if I tell about my blocked smart card, they again started same thing that system is not responding call after 1 hour. I feel something fishy here. They forced me recharge my account with Rs. 2600 for resuming service and paring with HD setup box. I did recharge and placed request for HD pairing with helplessness :(. This kind of harassment I'm talking about. Now they are saying it may take 48 hours time to pair. Hope Reliance BigTV will reimbursement the amount or viewing time for this 48 hours blackout. Hoping the will resolve my issue at the earliest.

Reliance has charged Rs. 400 from my account for re-pairing to my original normal setup box. This is not fair. Please credit back Rs. 400 to my account[protected] immediately.
This is true harassment and looting customers in broad day light. BigTv is refusing refunding Rs. 400 to account which they deducted for nothing. On a serious note it constitute stealing of money from account without my concern.

Truth is BigTV customer care executive just gave me missed call. When I was about to pick the call, call was ended and no re-attempt were made from your side.
I called to customer care[protected]. Customer care executive was very rude and refused the call transfer to superior/floor manager and disconnected the call in between. As discussed with on call from Mumbai bigtv office, now I have HD smart card with me. Please arrange the for call back and resolve this issue immediately.
What is the status of my complaint?. Still my Rs. 2700 is stuck with Reliance BigTv account. Please help me to transfer the existing long term package and this amount to new HD account. Please arrange for a call back to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Smart card no[protected], NAME; SENTHILNATHAN. I will paid RS 500, box replace in delay. complaint in 8/8/2014, problem not solved in today
