Reliance Big Tv — want to cancel my prebooking and want refund

This is sujeet. Today i lodge a complaint Department of Consumer Affairs
Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution
Government of India about Reliance Big TV fraud. The number on which i have put complaint is [protected](One, eight, double zero, double one, four, triple zero. You can also put complain on this number.

Myself, Debasish Dutta, booked for 2 connections on the first day of pre booking on 20.3.18 vide booking ID A12942738 and received a confirmation message that it will be installed within 30 to 45 days. After 45 days once I enquired with their customer care, got a SMS on 4th May 18 that my connections will be resumed from 15.06.18. Today is 02.07.18 but till date not even received a call from them. So it is a big Fraud by Reliance and request Govt of India to intervene and instruct the company to refund the money immediately to all the customers from whom Reliance Big TV collected money thru this fraudulent way.

Big fraud from Reliance. They are not providing the service and nt refunding also. Anybody got your refund?

I have booked new connection on 6 jun 2018, b. No. 14549486.
Installation not done till today.
I have asked several times at [protected], every time they told that installation will be done in 7 days. This way so many 7 days passed.
It seems that company doesn't capable to give services.
So kindly cancel my booking and refund my booking amount of Rs 499.

Dear Customer, Welcome to Independent TV family your Booking ID - R70008631 and Installation will done within 10 to 15 working days.

Received above message immediately after booking a new connection for ₹ 1, 999/- And, even after repeated call to customer call they say "Don't worry it will be done in 2 days" and if you call again after 2 day they repeat the same story. It is a big fraud and I need my money back.

And, I request people to stay awsy from this fraud.
