[Resolved] Reliance — Bill afr at termination | |||
My id is [protected] and i had to terminate my connection cause it was not woking since the 26th of September 2015 and i waited for 5 months for you to fix it but there was no progress from your end. Now you have giving me a bill for which I have to pay 200 rs or so for the month of January and February and i don't get what is the bill for as for that month the net was not working for a single second let alone a day. Elobrate to that, as I find it unfair to pay for something I was unable to use. I have applied for waver multiple times now and every time you keep reducing 100 to 200 rs and saying you have to pay for the month of January when there was no net active during that period. Before that I had paid for the month of September hoping reliance would fix my net but that did not happen and infact my account has gotten to minus 200 or 300 rs or so. That I am not even asking for back. Plz give me a proper reply as I have messaged you a few times and i still haven't received a reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
