[Resolved] Reliance — Billing Fraud – Reliance Netconnect+ | |||
Dear Team, Reliance customer care team confirmed that, Due to incorrect billing Rs.813.66 has mistakenly added. However the company can’t do any waiver, you (customer) pay the amount and the company can do a refund as soon as possible. As a customer, I’m not ready to distress one more time with reliance netconnect+ billing system. I paid the amount in advance but the service was not provided by reliance Case History : Netconnect+ number [protected] ; I was using 5 GB, 3 months advance rental plan from the day one. During July’14, I was contact the retention department and they have introduced me a new plan of 10 GB advance rental plan for Rs. 1800. My bad I was chose this connection and paid the amount on same day. I also got the confirmation that, your connection will changes to 10GB. However nothing happen. and I have contacted the customer care and they have confirmed me that, the connection was already changed to 10GB 3 months advance rental plan. But my connection got disconnected before the eligible duration and got it back I wanted to extend my plan, so I have called the retention desk and paid Rs. 1800 on Oct’14 to extend the connection. Post this; the monthly bill was generated for me. I have called around 10 times and spent around 7 Hrs of my time and spend around Rs.300 for mobile bill (talking to the customer care). But every time I’m getting different answers from different agents. As per their advice, I visited reliance outlet and they have confirmed me that I have to contact customer care again. First level discussion, seniors, Special desk, Retention desk – You name the team. I spoke. But no solution. Few agents are mentioned, As per our system as per our system, You have not paid the amount hahaha … I was paid the amount and but not availing benefits and asking reliance team confirm me the meaning of customer services. There is a wrong billing occurred [protected] – Complainant no for Waiver [protected] – Complainant no for connection reactivation Sample Interaction id – [protected] – I have many like this id. No one from your company contacted me and the concern has not resolved. (Forget about satisfaction)
My connection is still in suspended mode and I'm not getting any service for the period which I have already paid the money.
