Reliance Broad Band — Lok adalat letter

I have asked to de-active services on my connection on 22nd Aug and make a payment of Rs 823 against last billed+ differential amount. They offered me that I can go for safe custody mode and latter i can activate it any time. After that I received the bill for next moth, I called the customer support and they assured me that it will be waived and I need not worry. latter in december again i receive the bill and i called the customer support but they told me that they do not have any such information with them. Also I can not talk to special desk team (Monalisha and Sravanti) who assured me of waiver and closure. latter i received a mail for lok adalat. Please help me to resolve the issue. Customer support is not ready to help me on the call details. My dongle no. - [protected]
