Reliance Broad Band — No service, complaint stays unresolved

I have lodged 5 complaints since 28 may 2016 including last one to appellate authority on 17/06/16 which was attended by Smita.Though she said technicians will visit, no body turned up.In the meanwhile, as usual, internet started for sometime on Sunday and went off at 8am on Monday morning. If there is a connectivity issue which may take some time why are we not informed accordingly?Now anyone up there in the cadre be sensitive enough to resolve the issue?
