Reliance Broadband — 3g is not working

I purchase 2 gb*3 month plan from reliance 3g . 1st month everything is ok in 3g only network problem at my resident . i complain it many times to solve my network problem .every time they give me a time, but my problem is not solve in 1 month after complain. And i tryed costumer care no. Each time my call is auto disconnect . in next month on the places, where i got full 3g signals, i recived only 10-15 kbps speed on 3g . i waste my money on plan and my time in complaining again and agian . please provide me compansesion for my time and my money
