[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Asking money for no service | |||||
I have raised concern with ticket no.[protected] on July 14, 2015 with reliance broadband connection for my number [protected] for low speed service which is still not resolved and Reliance broadband netconnect is sending me full bill for every month without providing service. When asked for waiver for that low speed they are saying you have used data of 50% of quota and that is correct I have used data but my plan is unlimited plan. So how 50% o[censored]nlimited they have measured when following up on it they are just replying that you have used data so charged correctly. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
