Reliance Broadband — Availability of broadband

Hi, I am using reliance broadband. The connection is very poor. Half of the time the service remains down. I took the connection on 20th NOV 2015. After few days the connection goes down and remains down for almost 10 days. Again now it is down for 6 days. I registered a complain to reliance customer care but actually no one is working on this. Every time I call the customer care they added some new comments to the old complain. When I call the local guy who take care of the service he always says that he is working but he is not doing anything actually. Now the service is down for 6 days and when I asked for the solution they say that the they do not know how much time it will take may be 15 days and may be 20 days.
