Reliance Broadband — Bad service

My user id[protected] on the name of vijendra Maingi (UP Lucknow), my connection is not working from last two months, every second day there's a technical issue in my connection and it goes down, every time we have to make complaints for the same but no response from company's end. After sevral persual internet starts working and same problem happens again. From last two months December and january i am facing the same problem, and whenener i complained about the vaiwer no actions were taken . Each and evertime I have to submitt full amount without any waver. knidly help me out its feeling of getting cheated. Please help me out for the same. regards Vijendra [protected]
