[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Billing for period when service was not available and had asked to disconnect the services

Hi, I am customer of reliance broadband. Internet Service User ID:[protected] Billing Account Number: [protected] I had issues with my internet services from 5th May 2015. I had called and complained them on 7th, 9th, 10th regarding the same to help and restore the service as internet was not working. Request details are as below. Request Number Date Time Purpose [protected] May 7, 2015 8:45 AM Internet Service Not working, asked for help to restore Service [protected] May 9, 2015 10:15 AM Internet Service Not working, asked for help to restore Service [protected] May 10, 2015 10:15 AM Internet Service Not working, asked for help to restore Service After repeaded requests to help and restore the service, no response or action was provided from Reliance broadband. So, at the end, I had the request for termination of the Services submitted on 11th May 2015. Request Number Date Time Purpose [protected] May 11, 2015 5:30 AM Disconnect Service as its not working for more than 5 Days After 10-12 days We received a call from Reliance to reconsider if we can continue service, to which we told them services are not at all working, and we want to disconnect the service. After that I have received a Bill for Whole Month of May, for almost whole month service was not even working. Also, we had submitted the request for Disconnection of service on 11th. Now, I had repeatedly communicated with Reliance customer care to correct the bill and charge only for the period when service was available and remove the charges from Bill after I had asked them to disconnect the service. We are not getting any proper response and bill corrected from Reliance broadband and they are asking us to pay complete bill. Please help what we can do in this case, I dont want to pay for the Whole month and willing to pay for the period when service was available. Thanks, Amit
