Reliance Broadband — Billing Issues

Respected Consumer Forum, I Akshat Mandloi, Research Analyst of 108 Emergency Services project would like to bring into the notice that we people received a bill of 1800/- Rs. against the Internet usage of one month The previous bill amounts were 300/- and 200/- respective as the services were not proper and the connection was not functioning for many days. We people registered the complaint at reliance customer care but the did not provide the satisfactory answer to our concerns. Please find the trail of e-mail communication between us and reliance customer care below and give a kind peruse to our complaint.
