[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Broadband connection billing | |||||
I requested to terminate my service, since it was not working. Neither they came back regarding the service issue, nor they disconnected my service. They simply keep saying they will come back within 2 days, but after 1 month of repeatedly sending emails, they terminated the connection, but they send bill for last month, for which I had not used the service at all, since it was not working. When I called customer care, they say "you have to pay the bill, then it will be refunded within 45 days". But when inquired about the service non working issue for last month, they simply disconnect the phone. The customer care support is worst. They try to speak in broken English, but keep repeating same thing again and again, and if they do not know anything they simply disconnect the phone connection. There is no link between their customer care service, billing team & technical support. All working separately and no one takes any responsibility. Was this information helpful? | |||||
