[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Broadband connection Down from past 18 days

Till NOW my connection is not working, I did big mistake by choosing reliance service, Its pathetic and most irresponsible customer care service providers. Will not pay you no money for this kind of service 18 days passed and my connection is down. Regards, Appellate Authority Punjab I am existing customer of reliance broadband with Customer Id: [protected], in Mohali Punjab, and want to let you know that i am very disappointed with reliance service, as i have raised one request on 29th June 2014 regarding my broadband connection not working, so i have inquired today and found that it was closed without my knowledge and without fixing it, i got no call and no one visited at home so its quite amazing for me that how can service engineering team marked the request close and that too without fixing it.
