This is Deepak singh my broadband connection is not working since 22 day I am complaining almost every day but no one take my complain seriously .if anyone take my complain seriously then till now my problem will already resolved but they always misguide me .your executive always told me a different story .i have also talk to your upper level but also trite me same. And I want to know what should a customer do in this circumstance you have give only one ways either I will disconnect my connection either I will receive this delay. I think I have already given plenty of time. . 22 days pride is more than enough .Please guide me what should I do …
