Whenever I call your customer care, you always say that it will be fixed soon or there will be a permanent solution soon. Now its been almost a week since I lost my connection. I am monthly paying for using the Internet not for free complaint registration service. I expect an appropriate extension in my billing date. Solve my problem fast. You are wasting my time.
