[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Broadband service not working for the past 2 months cont. Issues with waver.

Hello, Part 1: My subscriber ID is[protected] and for the past two months since the date of 26th of September 2015, I have been constantly complaining regarding my broadband internet services not working. When I call your applet office they assure me it will be solved in 2 days, 4 days or 10 days and it has been going on since the past two months. You are closing the complaint on your own whims when you have not even fixed the problem and do not call me or your engineer does not visit there is basically no response from your end for the past 2 months all you have been saying is "commercial problem is there and fibre cut is there and material shortage is there". So plz do tell me what is going on that for 2 months it has not been solved. are you inventing fiber optics is that why it is taking you so long? Are you going to solve it? or are you going to just keep me hanging? If so do tell me I will gladly disconnect my connection. I call your applet office and if I keep calling they act like I am causing them discomfort and when I do take call later they say that my complain has been closed. I expect that I get the full waver when and if I get my internet back and not have any issue with it cause of you falsely closing my complain as it is fixed. I need a detailed information regarding the Issue and when it will be solved. I have tired all available parties from about end and nothing has happened so far. Expecting a proper reply. Part 2: The complain above is my previous complain and so far it has not been resolved but that is not itself an issue now. The Issue is that reliance had suspended my services cause I did not pay the bill and the applet authority said to me that my complain had been closed and I could not register a new complain till I paid my bill due even though my previous complain had not been solved it has been time and time again closed by the reliance support team and I had to make the complain again. I was adamant that I would not pay the bill as my services has not been working for the past 2 months and before that I have paid all my bills on time. I called the call center to ask far the waiver so that my suspended service can be resumed and I can register the complain again. The waver was provided but I could not get the waver from 25th of November to 3rd of December cause they say that I had no complain register from that period. I have registered my complain countless number of times and you keep closing them without giving any resolution and now you are saying that we cannot give the waver cause the complain was closed which is absurd when i had posted a complain on 26th novemember on here https://www.consumercomplaints.inreliance-broadband-service-not-working-for-the-past-2-months-c1181792 and also mail to [protected]@relianceada.com of which i received and reply on 29th this was the response.. I got a few calls regarding such and was assured in that period of time that they are looking into it and such I personally did not call the applet services during that period. The bill amount that has not been wavered is Rs. 147. The issue is not about the money as it in itself is not a big amount but been wrongly done from the end of reliance. Please do give me a resolution regarding this as even though my services has been down I did not cancel my subscription cause I was hoping it would be solved to the best of your abilities but even so you are causing my more and more issues when i have been a loyal customer.Do look into it as soon as possible.Regards
