[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Charge payment for non-service days

Hi All, Since I Had connection, every month I am facing broadband connectivity issues, out of 30 days it works only for 20-22 days in a month. After registering the complaints for the same, NO action taken by the Reliance Communications Officials. No body in the whole company listen our complaints and we'll get new complaint no. every single day we called the customer care no[protected]. Recently, on 27Sep'15 my broadband connection stop working and I registered the complaint on 27Sep'15, Officer-Customer Care assuring that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but it wasn't. Around 6 pm I called customer care again on 28 Sep'15 raising the issue, this time I got a new request ID but again no body taken up the request. Around 8 pm on 30 Sep'15 I again called the customer care[protected] Manish) and again I got a new request ID & got a assurance again from Officer-Customer Care stating that - "The connectivity complaint is already registered, which is in process and it will be resolved within 24 hours from the time complaint has been logged." BUT SO FAR THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED & NO FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION.. i have a we are the suffers that we have a connection of reliance .. From last 15 days, i have a new problem ...my connection get off daily at sharp 5.30 evening. now i put my complaint to so called customer care and they gave a ref no[protected]. and as computer machine they repeat their trained line.. we will sort out your problemwith in 24 hours but as my complaints till date i had registered to reliance customer care, sory to say none of them has been resolved. due to this i had disconnect my 2 connection and switch it to airtel . my problem is still not resolve... my connection has been off on sharp 5.30 evening and comes again on next day 9.00 morning. i have 4mbps plan and i paid all the bills without any delay after even you are totally fail to provide services to us. I don't know how Reliance Communication is taking care of their loyal customers to resolve a broadband connectivity issue after14 days. On the contrary, I am wondering to whom I approach for my query to be resolved. This shows what kind of people Reliance hired & the quality of service they are providing to the customer. TRAI or the concerned body has to take strict actions against Reliance Communications for not delivering the services. AFTER SOME DAYS AGAIN MY NET IS NOT WORKING .. I HAD BOOKED COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE .. REF NO ARE [protected].12.15 [protected].12.15 [protected].12.15 .. THE WHOLE MATTER I HAVE RAISED WITH DETAILS .. AFTER THIS POOR SERVICE AND NON CONNECTION FOR 20-20 DAYS .. THEY (RELIANCE BROADBAND) HAS CHARGE BILL AND RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. AFTER SO MANY TALKS FOR WAVIER THE AMOUNT .. THEY DENIED TO DO IT. NOW I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THIS UN WANTING THING DONE BY RELIANCE. PLS BOOK A CASE. MY CONTACT NO IS [protected]. I HAD PAID ALL BILLS WITHOUT GETTING SERVICE.. AND RELIANCE ARE ENJOYING .. POOR COMPANY..
