[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Complaint for wrongly charged bill & refund for unused service.

Sub: complained for charged bill & refund for unused service as well advanced bill amount.


As per logged technical tts/requests from jan 07 2016, i was not able to access reliance broadband services. The reason was given to me after 1 month to terminate connection from your company representative that technical issues are not going to solved in to my area chhani (Vadodara, gujarat).


Here i would like to pay attention that, i was given an assurance by the representative that in this case i will not be billed/charged for this time period and it will be waived off. But still i have received the bill. Here i want waiver from paying the billed amount from jan 07 2016 to another generated bill. No.[protected]. I also want refund of paid 1month advanced billing at the time of new sales/connection.

Why my connection was stopped from jan 07 2016 without any intimation though i am a regular bill payer...& why i am getting harassment calls to pay bills for unused services... Why till date no revert is found on my several mails.
