[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Connection not shifted | |||
Hi I am the reliance broadband user having subscriber id :[protected] . I had raised the shifting complaint from my previous address Noida to gurgaon, the customer care executive told me that connection will be shifted in 3 days, I shifted my home from Noida on 30th Aug (not using any services from that date) On 30th august when I call CC they told me that my compaint has been closed because no address proof has been provided (noone told me at time of complaint that i need to submit something and noone had called me they closed the complaint on their own) then on 31st aug I mailed them the apt docs and raised the complaint now they told me that connection will be shifted in 5 days. Then on 9th sept i again called them and the raise the complaint of discoonection of connection (as they are not able to shift it) and told them to return the advacnce payment of 15 days which I had made on 29th Aug . But no action has been taken on my complaints yet and the worst part is that they had send me the bill of next month Please help me out in getting my money back from Reliance Thanks Meenu Jain Subscriber Id :[protected] Complaint raised on 27th Aug :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

What the hell is this .. no one is replying anything, my connection is not working from past one month I am continously chasing up and today I am getting the call from bill dept to pay the bill and how rude she is talking to me and giving me legal threats, ridiculous .
I had paid the bill till 10th sept 2015 and my connection is not working since 27th Aug . Refund my advance payment ASAP.

I got the email of service cancellation finally . Now when I got my refund(advance payment which I had done). Why I am getting the payment reminders I dont have any dues instead I got the refund of my advance payment .Let me know when I got my refund.
