Reliance Broadband — Connection Termination and fake Bill Generation

Ravi Kumar Hi, I am using Reliance Broadband from 1 year and I have to told that it was my worst decision to choose them. Many days in every month the connection was not working for days, like 3 to 4 days. and some times like 1 day working then 2 days not, then other 2 days working and third day it’s not working. In June i got mad, because of their customer service and bad cheating behavior. From 11/06/2015 the connection was not working, on 12/06/2015 i complained about it but got no response from customer care. after that i complained on 15/06/2015 but no result. To get my connection working i did every effort i can do. But no result. then I request to terminate my connection on 17/06/2015. And they told me that they will call me for confirmation within 48 hours. but I got no calls from them. after 48 hours i called them again and they again told me that they will call me. And you know what was the result? Again no call from their side. After that i call them 10 to 15 times to terminate my connection, but no termination. And now the condition is I am not using their connection because it’s not working from 15/06/2015. And not want to use them in future. But the surprise is they are continually generating my monthly bill, without giving me connection or without terminating my connection, even after I called them to terminate it about 15 to 20 times. It’s being 40 days I am not using their connection. And I can’t use it because it’s not working. They want only their bill, but they don’t want to give connection. I think they want free money. But I am not going to give them any money. Because i have earned it with hard work. And i lose lot of money because of their connection not working for days. I think they should give me my money which i lose because of them. My user Id is[protected]. And connection termination no. is[protected].

Hi,

Again today on 29/07/2015 they are calling for this month bill delay. But I have to told if they are not giving me connection and i am not using it since 11/06/2015, I am not going to pay any bill.

I already told that I have a request to terminate my connection on 17/06/2015.

Why are they bothering their customer again and again. I have to say they are careless
for what problem is their customer going through. Why they want bill without giving any connection and they are giving the worst customer service ever.

I think their customer service is becoming a nightmare for their customers.
