Reliance Broadband — Delay in New Connection

I registered an application for a new connection with reliance approximately 20-25 days ago, and their guy came on the very same day and took all the req. documents. It included my photo ID, my Address proof and a cheque of 1300 rs. The cheque has already been cashed in and the guy after stalling me for 3-4 days is not even picking up the phone now. The delay was due to some technical issues, but a company like reliance should be able to solve such a problem by this time.I have spoken to his senior, but he says an i quote " Sir, What can I do, if there is no wires available". I terminated my previous internet connection because of this and now i dont know what to do .. Please help me solve my problem. Shubham Goyal [protected]

It's not resolved... The guy is not even picking up my phone for the past 3 days...

Its a shame that a company like yours can't even a PUT up with a new connection...
