Reliance Broadband — Disconnection Request not done on time and now they give me very big bill amount to pay and giving me warning in worst language

Hi there, I have request to disconnect my broadband Internet on October 2014 because of we have start working in office on monthly rental but we force to stop that work and I request to [protected]@relianceada.com to disconnect my Internet but they didn't call me for disconnect last few months ago they called me and said pay the money or we will legally proceed on you. After that I again request to disconnect the Internet at that time still they didn't disconnect my Internet and now I every day get message to pay the bill or they will do legal action on me. I have all the proof that I have many time try to disconnect but they didn't do any action on that.

With this reference no and this message i got auto generated mail and after that I don't get any phone calls or email from Reliance which they had promised. I have used also many other company's broadband they usually call back when we mail them for disconnection and I also called many time to reliance customer care service but things didn't work out for me.

As per the last comment from Reliance Communication, I see you are supposed to be contacted by them and resolve the issue.

May I know what solution they have provided to you? Did you paid the extra amount that they charged?
