Subject: Re: 'Reliance=[protected]' <.FW.>'Reliance=[protected]' Requesting to terminate Broadband services

Hi,

I'm hearing this "one of our executives will contact you at the earliest" again and again since 20 days but no action taken up.

Also I shifted the house and I'm not using that internet form 6th Dec, but i received another mail like bill got generated and I have to pay 2 bills.

I don't understand why 2nd bill get generated and how many days will take to terminate the service.

Also i paid around Rs 1900/- refundable amount. please let me know when reliance is going to terminate and process my refundable amount.

Thanks,
Kiran.
