Reliance Broadband — Fault in Bill

I hav'nt use my broadband connectionfor 3-4 months I havent pay my bill of 450-500 and they discard my account And after 4 month they send me bill of 2500 but i havn't use it plz solve this problem and tell me more information about increase in the bill Username[protected] Thanks
