Reliance Broadband — Fraud billing without terminating the connection

My Reliance Boradband Customer ID :[protected] registered in th name of Naveen Gubbala.I got this broadband connection from reliance with respect to my application in feb 2014 and made a payment of Rs. as advance.
The problem started from the Jan 2015 and I don't even remember the number of times that I had called reliance customer care about the connectivity issue.Firstly is was faced with slowness in speed of internet. Though I have addressed the issue with customer care, there is no solutions for it. Later in the month of May the connection was completely not working. I have raised around 10 complaints every 3 days, But for my surprise customer care representatives use to close the complaint without any resolution, "stating issue has been resolved"
Since my issue was not resolved in spite of raising several complaints, I have finally decided to cancel the connection and raised an cancellation request on 31st May 2015 and got update from customer care that retention team will terminate the connection in a week. Still then I used to get calls requesting me to pay the bill, though I have asked them to terminate the connection.
One fine morning, I again received a call from customer care requesting me to pay the bill.
Then I came to know that my termination request was not completed, and still my connection is in active state.From the month of May, till date I'm getting continuous calls to pay the bill, In spite of raising several connection termination requests.
I use to inform the customer care that my connection got terminated in the Month of May believing that the service will be terminated in a week as told by customer care representatives.
Mean while surprisingly i got a call from Delhi saying that legal action has been filled against me by reliance for not making the payment.
Truth is that, all the payments have been made till the date I have used the connection.
Since i got a call from delhi,
to be on more safer side I again called the customer care and raised a termination request on 25th September 2015 to make sure that the connection will be terminated at least now with termination ID"[protected] ". It's about a week that i have raised the request to terminate, But yet the connection is not terminated.When I try to reach out customer care with the number I have registered the connection.
My call is kept on hold/unattended. Alternatively.. I'm not receiving the call back from customer care.
I would be like to take legal action on Reliance Communication, if the amount is not refunded which I have paid for the connection, though I have not used the connection With the request ID's to terminate the connection and call recordings of customer-care conversation.
Hope I will get update from Reliance communication regarding my connection termination and Amount paid for connection, which I have not used.
