[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Full Billing while worst internet service without proper resolution

RELIANCE USER ID:[protected] I bought reliance broadband wireline connection on 06.05.15 and on 16.o7.15 it got terminated. It remained out of work for most of the time. Dates on which it did not work are; May, 15: 9, 13th to 31st June, 15: 1, 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 18, 19, 20 On 21.06.15 I asked for termination as the connection was not working. Connection finally terminated on 16.07.15. I called uncountable number of times for the proper connection but did not receive any good assistance. I paid 1500 in total for this worthless connection and had to go almost everyday to the cyber cafe for my work and internet use. Even now, they ask me for more as bill. I have not used the internet even for 20 days but still accept to pay for 20 day i.e. 380 + taxes, almost 425 bucks. I now ask you to please look into the matter and provide me the refund of my money in addition with the final settlement of my internet connection. I have all the details and even customer care has it all. Final amount that should be refunded to me is 1075 bucks. Kindly look into the matter and provide me the legal justice I am liable for.
