[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Getting legal tread for inactive account for pending payment (billing continue after account become inactive) in different languages. | |||||
My connection has been closed from April 2015 after paying all outstanding amount. For that inactive account, they are keep billing every month. I sent so many emails explaining the scenarios with proofs for connection termination. So far no one replied, but I am getting all kind of legal threads for outstanding amount for inactive account. I register complaint last month Sep. No bill generated & stopped getting legal thread emails for a month. SO I closed the complaint. Now again, started getting bills.
