[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — I complained many times, but my plan not activated.

I had monthly plan of 790. I requested to change my plan to Quarterly(3 months). on 18th september 2016 at 8:35am. my complain number is[protected]. they sends message that 'your complain is resolved'. but next month company sends monthly bill(of two months). and disconnected Broadband connection. we called on customer care, they said your plan is quarterly. so the question is, why reliance broadband sending monthly bills. and if our plan is quarterly then whey company disconnected our internet?
Please try to resolve our complaint as soon as possible.

Hi, I am reliance sim user. I am using this past 6 years. I updated to 4 g. I got message stating that recharge RS. 149. U get 1 GB data. So I made recharge. But the given pack is 300 mb . I called customer service. They are hold the call and transfer call long time, finally disconnected. Now I try to contact CS, call not connecting only ivr.
