Reliance Broadband — I haven't received bills from last one year. | |||
I have been writing mails as shared to me by the reliance customer care executive, mahadevi, to get the ebills for the year 2015. i haven't received the bills for july, august, september, october & december bills for the year 2015. After a lot of mails and phone calls, i received the bills for the last 6 months and now they have shared that they cannot provide me the bills for 2015. This all began due to the wrong emailid registered by the reliance people, which after repeatedly sending requests got changed after 1 year. My complaint id is[protected].
