Reliance Broadband — Installation delayed for more than a month

I registered for the wireline connection Thunder 1099 on. Your sales person came and filled all the documents and took an amount of 1800 Rs. which were the charges for the connection + the installation charges on 10th Feb 2015. He said that the connection will installed next week. I waited for a week and nothing happened. I then started calling him after 2-3 days and he used to say that he is coming but never did. Till now I have not received a connection. That is exactly 42 days later. This guy's phone number is - [protected] I want a refund as if your service is so pathetic even at installation times, you might not even bother when I get any technical problem.
