[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Internet connecton is not working

Hi, My User Id:[protected] MY Reliance broadband connection is not working From last 18 days. I have already registered so many complaints regarding these to the customer care and appellate authority also but all the time they solicit for one day to resolve the problem but still they have not resolved. Next day when i call to customer care to know my complaint status they says that your problem is resolved and complaint has been closed but actually it is not resolved.
