Reliance Broadband — internet not working

My Internet is not working since 24 of January 2015

After many follow up But no serious response from reliance care I fed up and decide to cancel the broadband connection.

Here is complaint Id for that[protected]
From the date till now no once come to close the connection and refund the money.

Now company it self close my previous ticket and open new ticket for the same.
Company taking too long to cancel the connection and refund the money.

MY REVIEW FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND IT IS WORST IN PUNE, VISHRANTWADI, AS I WAS USING IN AHMEDABAD IT WAS REALLY GOOD.

Dear sir I pawan sharma from Indore I have take Reliance broad band connection my user ID[protected] my internet connection not working last 4 days. Yesterday I have complaint on Customer Care My Complaint Number is[protected]. i have 5 time call on customer care every he saying technical team call you but till time i have not received any call from your technical team. your service are very poor i m not satisfy from your service. This is Gopal, and my Reliance Broaband is not working for last 15days, as i'm not getting any support from the reliance office(malviya nagar, jaipur)..I have asked several times for my complain but still no proper response..

Got the reliance connection, 2 days earlier only. Was happy by a getting the connection of a renowned company. But it stopped working today only. Inserted the wire into the portal but cannot log into the LOGIN SITE.
Please do the required as soon as possible. Waiting for Ur response.

I have given complaint of landline phone no[protected] on 1 June. But from 2 June after noon my phone as well as internet connection OD is[protected] is also stopped. I try to call 30617719, it says this no. Is disabled.
From last 10 day internet not working properly try to contact with you via mail and call but not getting any kind of support.

In day time internet working fine but at afternoon suddenly internet stop working and limited access error showing same happens to everybody in our area so do need full ASAP

Otherwise this time i am not gone a pay single rs to you

I have suffering from internet issues for a week time. After making several calls and follow up, I got the connection back yesterday. But the name sake it is connected. It is dame slow and I have complaint the same to the technician and the one who contact me. They offered me that it will get completed within End of the Day. But from Evening onwards again the connection gone and it is almost half a day same condition is continuing. I dont know what I made for this. I have again call the waste customer care service and they had raise another ticket for it :(

Our Customer no. is[protected]. Since mid of March'15 we are facing issues with connection. We have lodged complaints many times. The customer care says complaint would be resolved in 24 hours but the complaint is shut down as solved without any solution. We also asked the customer care centres to check the log records of connection and asked for rebate in bill for the number of days internet was not working. The issue was resolved somewhere in April'15 after about 20 days. But the problem still persists. We have sent email in this regard to [protected]@relianceada.com also as calling customer care numbers takes away almost half an hour to get reply.
My internet connection with sub id[protected] is not working from a week. Everytime I call the customer care all they say is the complaint is in processing state. I am fed up of calling them day and night. They even give me a silly reason that they wont have field engineers on sunday and that is the reason for the delay. Just making fool of the bill payers.
