Reliance Broadband — Low speed of Internet

Dear Sir, Speed of my Wire line Broadband Connection, User ID No.[protected] is extremely low. I have lodged initial complaint with their Customer Care Division on[protected]. My complaint ID is[protected]. But the company is not taking any step to improve the speed. In fact none of their Technicians has come to the site and check the connection.
