Reliance Broadband — Money Taken in Advance Rs. 1800 with No Service and response

This is regarding a broadband connection in the area Narangi baugh road near wadiya college, Pune, Maharashtra by Reliance Broadband. Its been more than 10 months we are trying to reach out you guys but still we are not able to catch up you guys and reliance Team is not responding for mails also The whole problem is that we required a internet broadband connection in our area and the operator has assured us that we will be getting the internet connection within 2 days then we have made payment of Rs . 1800 via cash to the operator dated on 10th sep 2014 the CAF No - [protected]. But after 2 days the operator has replied that providing connection in my society has some issue . So we have asked for refund of money . But till now we haven't got any confirmation from their side. . Every time we used to get answer from them is that yes we will get back to you soon . Its really not a good sign from a brand name like Reliance communication that instead of so many mails they are not responding. So we hope to get the refund as well as assistance from your side . Please do needful for this issue ASAP.
