Well that's you problem, right there. Everything happens in future tense i.e. your representatives say" my connection 'WILL' get fine and it has been 14 days and counting. Now you also say that they 'Will' contact.The thing is, I am the only person who is contacting or doing something about this problem. Actually you guys have to just replace a cable to repair my connection. But15 days are not enough for you guys to replace it because maybe that cable has to be replaced by People who work hard, who are not ignorant and who are truthful.
Wow you guys are so incapable. seriously its 9th july and still my connection is not working.
