[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — No internet service since last 12 days | |||
Dear sir, Subscriber id[protected] I have been repeatedly raising the issue to the customer care and have been receiving fake assurances regarding resolution. The company is making excuses regarding rainy season and is not providing proper services. Initially the issue was of slow connection which was since last 30 days and lately the connection itself has been lost. This is a highly unethical approach by reliance and needs to be looked at.
