[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — No proper response and action on terminate or convert to prepaid or close my account since last 4 months.

HI ALL, This is with reference to my reliance data card number [protected]. Reliance is the only one company cheating customer and Even though we are in 3 months advance rental plan they are not at all update their system correctly and sending monthly bills, No proper response to our queries, always wrong commitments and misguidance from customer support of level 1 and 2 &3. After frustration I requested them to terminate my connection during 3 months advance rental plan. They told me to continue services up to completion of 3 months period, After that we will terminate connection automatically and they have given some dummy conversation ID. When I called customer care again to know weather connection got cancelled or not they told me your 3 months advance rental plan converted to normal monthly plan of 750. I visited personally web and requested to cancel or convert my connection to prepaid they have taken request and submitted prepaid conversation form 3 months back. They told me no need to pay any money we will take care of your request it will convert to prepaid in next 10 day's. I stopped using that connection after I submit prepaid convertion, I am not sure why they have not terminate my connection or not even prepaid convertion. I used to get calls each day several times to pay pending monthly rental from varios numbers. Now total due they made it RS 1918 and forcing me to pay full amount without having any valid reason. Some person calling from dehli and he is saying himself as a laywer and asking me to pay full amount other wise he will coming with police along arrest warent and he told legal notice or cheating case notice already dispathed. I am not sure who is that fellow and his way of talking is too worst and using some non sense worlds. I registered a compliant with the customer care & even submitted form to prepaid conversion, but they din't gave me proper solution . Now after three months, they are asking me pay some huge amount stating that i have used data card, instead of addressing my problem, i am getting annoying calls and sms everyday to pay the bills. They are asking me to pay amount for their negligence. How they are eligibile to send notice to customer on thier own problem ? I am really tired of this and i want to end this. The same number reachable and even one of your executive called on same number. Informed he will
Escalate this case internally higher level and get it sorted out soon also told me no need to worry about bill generated and calls from collection Executive.

Today got call from one of the collective agent/layer and asking me to pay bill otherwise asking me to attend court along with notice issued.
Could you please look into the matter and help to get your system update with correct details.
I am really tired of this and hoping to get at least proper response from concerned team ASAP.
