Reliance Broadband — no proper response

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vijay Kumar using Reliance Broad band User ID[protected] for more than a year but there is no continuous Internet availed for me when i register a complaint through Reliance call center leaving our problem for minimum 3 weeks to attend the complaint, even they close my complaint without my knowledge and closing before the problem solved, There will be continuous problem in my connection please help me to clear this problem
