[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Not closing my postpaid connection | |||||
Dear Sir, I am Masthan Dudekula. I took reliance netconnect+ connection from Reliance in 2013. My reliance connection number is: [protected]. I am not happy with Reliance services, so I requested them several times to terminate my connection and finally they accepted my request for terminating the connection, the service request# for terminating my connection is :[protected]. On 31-OCT-2015, I got a call from Reliance executive and I clearly told them that I am not intersted on their services, but the company executive CLOSED my request stating "I am intersted in reliance and I accepted for RETAINING the connection". By doing all these tricks, they are prolonging the termination process and they are forcing me to pay the rent even if I am not intersted on theri services.
