[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Not using the connection but still got a call saying a complaint has been registered in my name in court against payment | |||||
Dear All, I got a call from delhi stating i have an unpaid bill towards a broadband connection and against that you guys have filed a case against me . I would like to clarify that i have used your broadband connection only for 2 days last year and the service was so pathetic that i got the connection disconnected and even got the refund cheque from you guys . Kindly look into the matter of i will have to move to consumer court against you guys . Expecting a speedy response from your side .
